Wow such a large display...
My K790a screen feels so much smaller than it already is!

even the japannese have 262k colors.
BRAVIA 262k colors with Sony's BRAVIA engine. Picture quality is better than any phone, including Nokia 16m screens, which only drain the battery to dead in less than 24h.
Too bad Nokia don't have the technology Sony has
Even worse that SE doesn't utilize the tech Sony has.

Are you kidding? SE Worlwide has already started using Sony's brand and technologies. First was Walkman (now Walkman phones are the best-selling music line worlwide), then Cybershot (K750 and K800 have the BEST 2MP and 3.2 MP camera for a mobile, without doubt).
And don't worry. We'll see the first 262k colors BRAVIA screens in 2008, and maybe a PSP phone (there's already a patent), or Handycam phone (HD video recording).
PS: SE Japanese mobiles has been using BRAVIA screens since 2006

Brilliant! I can't see any reason why they can't introduce similar OLED effects outside Japan.
There's nothing like it out at the moment.

I'm talking about the tech, not the brand names. Where's the CCD lens phone? Where's the hiss-free W phone? Where is the big screen phones? Where is the good video recording phone?

@QVGA
The S700i had a CCD.
A lot of people would argue that a CMOS sensor is just as good as a CCD.
