theyre probably massively unlikely to work on cdma. only sprint use it with a selection of specially adapted phones

A tremendous amount of difference, and there's currently (and probably never) no flash support for UIQ3 devices which really baffles me.

Yes stay away from Sony P series phones.
Ive gotten 3 clients Nokia E90/E90 Red/N95 and now they are never going back to sony again =) I loaded their phones all the goood stuffff to play with and everything keKE ? hehehehe

I don't think if you are buying the most powerful and advanced smart phone on the market putting it in your pocket is high on the list of reasons to buy it. If you want a slim phone get a Samsung, Motorola V8/V9 or even a W880.

Valid point Marc but it's nice to have the good combination of size and features which hopefully the N95 I'm going to potentially look to upgrade to will have. Granted though for what's almost a mini laptop it's size is still pretty respectable (E90)

Just wait till next year when the new OMAP Series 3 chip arrives boot times of under 10seconds and 600-1ghz processors with improved power consumption and other huge improvements. Also Nokia are rumoured to having a touchscreen in testing.
