for me its cheap cause i live in denmark. n95 costs in DK about 4500 kr (about 450 pounds) and the k850 3400 kr (about 340 pounds)

wifi? ok its good yes, only when you have some where to connect, which isnt everywhere. hsdpa is a, hmmmmmm, replacement of wifi (i can see hsdpa replacing wifi in the future until wimax comes into play). You can achieve faster speeds and get MUCH more coverage with hsdpa..... some will think that with hsdpa no wifi wont be much of a problem. then of course there are those who will prefer both in one. and thats where you go buy a phone that has both, not sit here and complain about phones that dont have it.
i dont surf the net on my phone though, especially on a 2.2" screen, 2.4" or higher and ill start using it.
