The "My animations" option in your menu is supposed to handle downloaded EMS animations via SMS.
That's what Ericsson suggests in it's White Paper regarding EMS and animations.
Although it would be nice if you can download animations from your PC, but Ericsson never intended for that to be commonplace.

but there are no dancin' movin' animated bits for sms messages.
i think it's a futile quest folks -
does anyone know which other phones have animations for sms built in? will then hunt out people with those phones and start collecting new animations via sms
