Well, I don't want to try that, I fear that it will affect electronic parts of the memory card and the handset, I'll try juniji method first

I doubt it's a normal issue, so maybe goto a service centre and ask for assistance.
I wouldn't do anything drastic unless you want to either break your phone or memory card, or void your warranty.

my k810i does just that as well .... push in to release, comes part way
out, then I have to "jiggle" it around whilst pulling on it. It requires a little
force (but not too much) and with a small click comes out. I suspect the
catch that holds the card in place is a little out of position. As I only remove the
card for upgrades this isn't really an issue for me.

I don't think it's a good idea to dismantle your phone yourself mate. Even if you've done it before, I think it'll be better to bring it to the service centre. After all, it sounds like a possible hardware defect, so they're obliged to help you anyway.

Thanks for the advice. Yes I think the same but I was a litle desperate.
Finally I could pull out my M2

Just when I took out Z550 from my pocket, I jiggle it side to side and voila! It was out. I guess the heat from my jeans pocket made things loose, then I put it again

Now that I know the "secret" to pull it out.
Thanks to all for your help
