w950i has an on screen keyboard also, and hand writing recognition if you have the patience.

Yes it has the virtual keypad, but are you fine with it?

K810 mate!! K810 was great for me (untill I got my signal problem) the m600 and w950 are just gonna give you troubles. The k810 is the best all rounder you could want
