Well, if you read the Warning section you understand that what they do is just importing iPhones and sell them in the UK.
The iPod part is cracked, so you can use it the iPhone's multimedia features, but then they clearly state that there is no phone unlock yet, and that you have to take care of that part your self.

I wasn't suggesting any one should buy it only that it appeared to be available and apparently can be used so if you have an EDGE supported Network it can in fact be used if that's what you want to do. As apparently they can be unlocked quite easily.
