if tim would have at least changed the colous of their logo, then maybe m,aybe its would have fitted it ( still could look crap), but at lesat it woulddt remind me on a banana with the blue chiquita label...

logo. It may even be possible to peel it off if you don't like it. What is more troublesome, however, is, that phones with an operator logo or similar glued upon it, usually is branded, i.e. it's software is altered to suite the operator's needs. A typical case of this is vodafone's branding, which among other things means removal of all beautiful icons in the desktop menus and replacing them with ugly red ones, making it impossible to use mp3 files as ringtones, except those expensive ones you buy online on vodafone's wap portal, etc., etc. The logo also often is a hint of that the phone is locked to one operator.
So, even though the logo itself is not so annoying, I would avoid a phone with any extra logo.
