Also the battery can appear full but if you look closely it is still charging, there will be 1mm of the battery that is still flickering. It isn't fully charged until the light goes out on the bottom of the phone.

My battery never shows as being completely full when charging. It sticks at 98% (even after charging over the night). After a reboot it does show as being 100% btw, but the green led on the bottom also doesn't turn off (should it do that, or should you get another indication that the battery is fully charged?)
Battery life is fine btw... I'd say about 3 days on average.

@tonyitalian
Perhaps some processor intensive applications that you have used have have been chomping away at the battery in the background? This would have been resolved with the restart of course.
I am sure that some apps are less well behaved regarding battery consumption in standby.
With all this extra memory and superb multi tasking capability on the P1i it is great to open up everything ready for an immediate response, but I feel there is some impact on battery usage, though perhaps not as dramatic as your experience!
To test this try closing all applications and leave the phone on standby for say 30 mins and see the rate of change on battery %, now try opening up as many apps as possible, leave the phone for 30 mins and check the battery % change.
I noticed a couple of % drop with all apps open, but no change with all closed.
There may well be just one rogue application taking a bigger bite out of the battery.
It could be as simple as an application trying to keep a bluetooth session open, retrying for a connection constantly, looping etc.

What about your memory stick? Did you use a new one? There is this saying about fake memory stick that drain the battery empty in a few hours.
