Yeah yours @superluminova. You said that nothing happened. So what did you try to upload to the phone? Camera driver, sound driver or what?

Did you put the proper menu.ml file provided with the icons? Maybe that is the problem. Because I have tried to change the icons, and if you create this folder structure: "files_to_upload/tpa/preset/system/menu" and there put the menu.ml and all the icons you like it should work. Try with another menu or menu.ml file.

I tried to use a animated gif as icon and it worked!!! Just rename png by gif in menu.ml and voila!

About the OPEN FAILED it's absolutly normal the first time,then just press disconnect and connect and hold C again!
