K810 has a better camera but otherwise W910 is better in all other aspects... Plus it has a bigger display and much slimmer too... And I think it can record videos at QVGA with 15 fps, AFAIK, atleast better than other SE... And because you already have a K810 so even more reason to go for W910...

w910 is qcif i think, but if u probably use it as primary phone, i suggest u get a smartphone as the n95 is. i got a 6110 navigator for my backup

K810 has a better camera...
Id say go with W910 ...
Plus you already have a K810 , what's the point of buying the same phone as backup ...

K810 is a better all-round phone, plus, an awesome camera. It also looks very stylish IMO.
W910 is flashier, thinner and has a bigger screen with accelometer. Aaand there's the matter of Walkman player 3 and Media Center. Like I said, flashy.
