Your shots look like what I have come to expect from K800. Don't expect too much from it. It probably is the best 3mp Camera phone around but if you expect to get really good quality shots you'll be disappointed. Sure, you'll get some but unfortunately most of your shots will be just average. You can't expect much more from such a tiny lens and CMOS sensor. The phone uses too much JPEG compression, has poor anti-aliasing and is very sensitive to movement when taking a photo. I find the autofocus is not the best either. The best shots you will get will be outdoor shots in full daylight, but even those will tend pail in comparison to a real digicam.

same but using the "landscape" scene so no AF

@A L 3 X - Clean your lens buddy. I had the same problem with my old W800 and I killed my self trying almost EVERY camera driver to improve the picture quality. And what... cleaning the lens solved the problem. So yours may be dirty.
