You can always mod your K790 at your own risk to get W-series-like phone. Check out modding threads somewhere here in Esato.

Hey, flashing K800 to W850 gives you flash themes and walkman 2, but you lose the joystick, camera and memory stick. In other way I think the same will happen if you flash K790 with W30 firmware.

You can try, but you will lose many functions of the phone! And yes you can always flash back K790 FW.
