Yeah its possible equaliser it manually, make a new preset as default atleast this method is working for my cell unless phone restarted.

W810 remembers the volume, stays the same in both and file manager. Haven't tried with the radio though.

it stays how it is untill

the phone is turned off n on again,

then its in the middle when u go into music player or try and adjust it on the background screen with the side buttons

this is not possible...

although,my ds-970 remembers volume level even after restarting phone(and you know volume on the phone is synced with ds970's) unless i repair two devices....but this is only for when i'm going to listen to music through ds970 not with phone's speaker....

so,your need is achieved by using a stereo bluetooth handsfree....

W810 also has the same behaviour. There must be a reason to it. Or all the above mentioned models have the same buggy firmware!

imo, 's set it like that because they try to prevent ear blowing. why? because you could have left the volume all up the last time you played some music.
