> SMS alert too soft

hmm... my software is R2A014.. i guess tats a very old version...
i placed my T68i in my right breast pocket, i was able to hear the sms alert. But when i place it in my pants pocket, i can only feel it when it vibrate. i guess i just stick with it. i almost gave 9/10 for SE T68i..
wahahhaha^_^ thanx for all your advice. i probably check with the customer service here and see if they can do anything about it.

Of course you can hear the sms tone when its in your pocket. I can hear it. And i can also hear the click sometimes. I dont like high sounds, so the click tone suits me perfect

On T68m (before MMS upgrade) the click was a little louder and it did vibrate on click too, I wonder why it doesn´t do that any more...

Just turn on the Vibrating mode. That should solve most of your problems for the time being...until SE comes up with a louder tone.
