Sony Ericsson W550. Loudest phone to date (that is released ).

Or the W580 which is pretty loud too, but not amazingly loud.

jst curious why do you actually need a VERY loud speaker?
the speakers(stereo or mono) are not going to help you in noisy cond.,and for quite environment mono is more than enough right?

I wouldn't rule it out.

To be honest though, I would much prefer a better set of headphones than a louder speaker. Just me, though.
