I have an unlocked iPhone would the unlimited data work with that if i added it to my contract. I use the normal O2 gprs settings on my iPhone.

Should do I guess yeah, but I suspect that a regular O2 sim wont work in an iphone as they can tell what phone you using with what phone at any time, and even if it is unlocked chances are a regular sim wont work with it anyway.

And thats what they said yesterday, someone asked about the fair usage and he stumbled for a bit and said 3GB, so I'm guessing it should be. I think he said they contact the user after about half that to let them know their getting close.

I'm using a regular O2 3G Sim in my unlocked iPhone right now, works 100% fine.

But yes, unlimited mobile internet for £7.50 a month, on both pay monthly and pay as you go, finally O2 are in with a chance

funny how they fail to mention this when you ask them about changes to prices aren't the staff aware of this change at 02 online?

instead of mentioning anything related to data they have told me I can have my Pac Code now or wait till Dec 17th for it

Because we only found this out yesterday, O2 have about 20,000 people working for them and it takes time to tell them all this in detail

Besides, it's being lanched 1st October, not right this second

The training at o2 is currenlty on going as there are a few other changes like the new tarrifs from the 1st oct.

Not all staff have had the training yet. Most of them will have had it however by Thursday and Friday of this week.

So when you ring them they dont want to tell you the wrong information.

Its a safe guard for them.

All mobile phone companies work the same way.

@Daedalus85 and darrengf

Its 250MB for £7.50 a month with O2, which to me is far than enough MB for me to have and be happy with.
