Best way is to embed the pictures into the file using something like Windows Media Player. iTunes is harder because you need an iTunes account I think.

Anyway, instructions using WMP11. Very simple, only three steps:
1) Copy an image, either from the web or just a normal image file.
2) In the library view, right click the album and select 'Paste Album Art'
3) And there you have it!

complete the id tag of each your track, then transfer your tracks by Disc2Phone. You don't need to create folders manually.

Have you all guys tried http://www.mp3tag.de ? Just add any jpeg file to your mp3 and voila...
