Here is what you should do:
1) Insert your card into a card reader and format it.
2) Download the Sony Ericsson update service (SEUS for short) from the sony ericsson website. Use SEUS to update your firmware.
Firmware is the software that runs your phone.
3) If these don't work try a master reset.
