how about getting a nokia 6310? it's got bluetooth, black n white screen, GPRS, and java support up to 64kb!!! neat huh. hehehe
here in our country, even a worthless 5110 or 3310 gets stolen and could still fetch up to PHP 500 or $10.

Nokia 1100 or 1600 doesn't have bluetooh AFAIK, they're very very low end entry level phone IMHO.
Go for K320 for bluetooth one.
