Errrr.... Why not use CorePlayer? You dont need to convert/encode your movies. As long as it CorePlayer supports it, it can be played. I have used it on my P990 since it was released and very happy with it. It's the most sophisticated media player for any mobile platform so far... IMHO...

Google for videora, i think that the p1 should be able to play the MP4 output from it. You will still need to find a program to decrypt any DVDs you want to convert, however.
