Yeah these are windows themes . I use on on my Windows Vista. It is called Aero theme RELOADED. It came with the TuneUp Utilities program I downloaded

i use the vista inspirat 2 one its really nice and looks just like vista and you get that nice mac object dock with it.

I've always liked Stardock's WindowFX

Wobbly windows! It plays havock with your OS and you need a half decent PC to run it properly but it makes a lovely change every now and then
