You can clearly see that this is made in a graphic program, most likely photoshop and its a combination of K850i and a control system of a K810i which really looks like it was just pasted there without any attempt of blending it a bit. To prove that I made pretty the same thing. That way I discovered how it was made. Here you go:

The joystick and softkeys are taken from K810i blue and modded a bit.
Using clone stamp the D-Pad was removed and keys 2 and 5 moved down so joystick would fit. Screen was expanded a bit too.
I have done my version on quick (it took me about 25min) so you might see traces of editing.
