I use 'Switchfoot - Learning To Breathe' .The song is quite inspiring and is perfect for the beginning of the day.I love it.You should try it.It begins with nice soft guitars,which are by no means rushing you out of the bed.

I recommend 'I Dare You To Move' by Switchfoot also.The band has very nice songs which deserve some attention.

I find that sound helps me to sleep, must be because of the grand prix i always get up to watch at 4am lol!

My alarm is the Sopranos intro......woke up this morning!
