No they don't. It's only Phones 4 U that do that, and they're an awful company who employ idiots, so just wait to renew your contract
And, Phones 4 U only have them on Voda.
And yes, CPW do have the K850i on Orange, and one of Orange's own sales staff told me between 1 and 3 weeks until they get them in.

They mean orange the mobile network not orange the colour
