there is slight movement there, but dont think its a major worry, as long as you dont put way to much pressure on it.

ugh this doesn't sound too good!!
it sounds like a w800i crossed with a N73...
I used to have to have a shim of cardboard under the batter cover on my w800i to stop the batter cover wobbling or slipping off, and the case squeek when texting on my n73 is just plain embarassing..
