go into CPW if your under warranty with it just say it keeps crashing then they'll either sort the firmware there or send it off to Nokia for you
however if you have a Nokia centre nearby then they will ammend it for you if you pop in

u can also check on the site i sent u yesterday, if there is an upgrade or not. just enter the product code of the fone ( its on the label where the imei etc are shown - under the battery )
