First of all, "paki" isn't a racist term. It's just short for pakistani. It's like I called someone "my British friend" or "Bulgarian friend". I still don't get what the big deal is.
Second, according to the morality I've been raised with, selling stuff
(especially things like mobile phones) due to small inconveniences is irresponsible and a sign of spoilt. Where I live, if you buy something expensive (expensive-for a reason) and find a small flaw in it, you just live with it untill it's time for an upgrade.
I mean, why waste your money because of such a (small) problem when you can invest it in something useful. You've got a perfectly good handset there, in your hands! (I am partially referring to the classical meaning of the term "perfectly good")

W910 has excellent build quality if u compare to other phones..

i didnt say NOTHING bout the loudness. but for the record, the loud speaker should be called a QUIET speaker, thats how quiet it is.
but as i said, i wasnt talking bout the loudness at all. i was talkin bout the QUALITY of the loudspeaker, not the decibels.
The sound quality from speaker is still good. . maybe not that clear as K800, but still loud enough.. and not like the old K750, that's sounds like speakers is cracking when you have the max..
And W910 is has super build quality
And I use Mp3 as ring tones.

More like what's wrong with you he thinks the speaker is poor he paid for his device and is not happy with it's quality for what possible reason should he keep it? other than of course it's one less SE sale. As for this comment

Well any manufacturer loves people like you, where i come from and in most of the world if you buy something that has a small flaw that you paid for you take it back. Why would anyone want to put up with it and an inadequate speaker is more than a small flaw.

You really made me laugh with this one as you say

This is a brand new Walkman phone and you are still saying it's good but not as clear as the K800 and 18 month old Cybershot and for you that's a good thing How?

Anyone that says anything about a fault with their SE phone that they bought and paid for is automatically a Nokia fan and hates SE. They should just put up with what ever, as to you it is always just a little flaw or problem can you not see how ridiculous your attitudes are. You only buy SE and wouldn't dream of buying anything else so will put up with whatever is wrong and justify it to your selves somehow as being OK and that is truly amazeing.

I mean, why bother? Cuz the speaker is a bit quieter? Seems a bit out of reason to me.

Apologies you didn't say he was a Nokia fan, but if his not happy with it for what ever reason it's his decision and there really is no difference between taking it back or selling as both result with him no longer having it that's really just splitting hairs. Especially as i don't know if he can take it back from where he bought it.
As for me being more polite maybe you should practice what you preach instead suggesting there is something wrong with people who complain in bold letters as that's not very polite now is it?

all the new se phones that have come out recently feel plasticy, cheap etc etc (w580, s500, k850 etc etc)
compared to phones like k750, k800 k810 which were solid and felt well made.

man you should feel the s500 slide - then the w580 AND then the w910 it gets better and better ->

now compare all three so which is shit??hmm..as everyone has said the s500-its slide has been the most damning and as Silver and i know the slide on the w910 is pretty firm and not flopped though the most impressive one is w850,,i will have to compare them too one day again just to verify how much better the slide is on the w850

May I ask if you have compare a K800 and W910 with other?
Then you can se the K800i has much bigger speaker than
W910 have. I know K800 is much older than W910.
but W910 is still a design phone..

Main issue to me isn't how loud it is, it's just a bit tinny.

Main issue to get this was. design.. And I only use the speaker when phone calls and also as waker
