you will lose your settings. though i dont know a way to save your apps/games. i able to copy the apps/games from the phone to the computer with far manager as my phone is a k750 cid36. you cant as you can only copy files to the phone(k800).

updated: just found Send installed applications/games only DB2020 ( K800i , K810i , V630i , W880i and other )
