Reinstalling the firmware might have worked, but I'm glad I got it exchanged since there was a non functional light on the front of it lol.

My phone has now developed this fault, so it looks like I might need to get my exchanged, again.
Regarding the lights, it seems that an early batch of K850s were a bit strange with the keypad LEDs - the bottom right lit up last. On my new one, they light up evenly, row by row. I think this is what you're talking about.

With the lights on my first one, it wasnt how they lit up, but one side of the keypad was brighted then the other, and my new one is the same brightness on both sides.
