too right fatreg! since that MOS you pointed out, has become far too mainstream. I hate it! But i did listen to one of the Euro MOS annuals from a few yrs ago, was quite good the 2nd cd.
The track lisitngs above looks below average, surprised to see some Mauro Picotto there though

though he isnt as hard as he used to be these days, and its a remix, so.......... And although its a bad tracklist IMO, it will still be slightly better then the aussie MOS Annual

Well said! bring back Lizard, Iguana and Komodo any day of the week..
Komodo is one of my all time fave songs...
although Mauro is off to goodgreef is a few weeks, and that is known to be a proper hard style club, Eddie Halliwell is a resident there and Mr Biomehanika is often there.. and you don't get much harder than Mr Biomehanika.
as Pete Tong once said:
"He is one of the hardest, hard style DJ's on the planet, This is extreme dance music...."
but yeah Mauro ain't what he used to be

*sniff sniff*
The thing that gets me about the MOS annuals is they used to be mixed by people!! Judge Jules, Tall Paul and Boy George are names that string to mind. The new ones don't seem to have DJs anymore? are they electronically mixed?

well here in Aus the Annuals are usually mixed by 2 dj's, one is always the same, the other alternates between years....
Yeah bring back the old Picotto i say! Good Grief, he playing there? surprising.... maybe he will be one of the first to dj on the night, warm up for the harder ones, as he is quite minimal tech sorta these days. Got a live set of his from earlier this year, again, what a surprise! Speaking of Yoji, he is playing here at a Castle! Along with Paul Van Dyke, tis going to be quite a hard event... Not sure if i am going yet.....
