Don't be silly! Of course it can!

On non-smartphone, it can't. Even if you connect a wired heasdset as an antenna, the FM-audio will not stream to the BT headset.
On the smartphone (P1i /W950i) , you can if you connect a wired-headset as teh antenna and you manually re-channel the FM-audio to BT handsfree.
Check it up at he shop. It will be an experience and feel it for yourself.
Have fun!
I am using the HBH-980, very happy with it. I like the HPM-90 too! So, its a matter of chooice between 2 great headsets.

That can't be true...

How can you get the time and song names displayed in DS-980?
Mine is not displaying time, nor can it display song names! >___Also, I want to do the radio-without-headset mod on K800i, so that radio can be streamed to DS-980 without having the wired headset plugged-in. (although i've heard that some time this greatly affect the quality of radio as there's virtually no antenna for the reception)

HBH-DS980 haven't 3.5 mm. jack.
Very high quality sound and remote control work fine.

Well if HBH-DS980 has a remote control but no 3.5" jack, and the HBH-DS200 has the jack but no remote control, is there any SE BT headset that has them both? Or at least from another manufacturer, but which works well with a SE P1i?

I'm going to buy a pair of bluetooth headphones, since my HPM-82 is slowly dying (I think the wires are going loose, thus the sound quality got really worse today)

SE - another Brand which doesnot offer user friendly products - but a product that is retailer friendly.

As we all know, Original SE products / accessories are the costlier than any other competetior in the market, even if we pay the money we will not get a product that is fully compromise for money...

HBH DS980 is a good example for this. It has all features (advanced). But not the head phone jack.

On the other hand, DS220 has a jack but not advanced features.

No wonder some of my friends hate SE for this kinda things and may be i will fall into their list soon or later.
