Nothing new on this yet??? I hope someone's working on getting this thing signed. I really need this feature but don't want to go thru the hassle of getting it signed and stuff, which I'll do if I really need to. For now, I manage to get by holding my camera button halfway down.

I think they are not gonna make it permanent (i.e without holding the picture button) because it might burnout your flash. I like it how it is. There is no workaround for signing. If you are lazy in learning how to do it, it's simple, no app for you:)

Yeah well that argument is not going to hold. Is that why they have that option in almost all other SE phones?
I say it's up to the user to choose if he wants to burn out the led. It can just as easily be done by holding the shutter button down for 10 hours in a row.
So an option to turn the light on for 30 sec to 1 min shouldn't do any harm unless you want it to burn out!
