What I weant was that it is a useless function uless you are making a video call.

I think some phone like the one you mentioned can do it but not the above one not unless you have the feature installed in the phone. My other post states that the phone in question, the moto v3 can and dont have this function by default. It doesnt euen have video call.

you could technically do that.
Using a 3G phone, do a 3G video call, take a picture, set the picture as a background instead of allowing the video to show.
That person can then save that picture.
