Its the mic i was in Carphonewarehouse back in October and some Irish man came in with his W880i complaining that no one could hear him on the other end of the line. Its the mic everyone not a network problem or dust. I had same problem with one or two past SonyEricsson phones. Advice:GET A NOKIA THEIR CALL QUALITY IS ALWAYS LOUD AND CLEAR ON EVERY PHONE.
