The first one I got was rubbish, the lights on one side of the keypad didnt work and the phone kept crashing and switching itself off after an hour or two in standby. But my replacement is perfect with no problems, and they look amazing too.

And also, the widely known 'dusty' problem.
Overall, I'm quite happy with the phone.

Getting my 3rd handset tomorrow.
1st was replaced because of dust behind the lens cover.
2nd is being replaced because of:

Love the phone, build quality of the 2nd is perfect - had no problems with firmware of crashing and then all of a sudden it messes up - hoping for 3rd time lucky!

All original content gone.
sometimes slows considerably and have to restart it.
video playback is usually screwed.
bottom flap that houses sim and M2 makes tick tick sounds when pressure is applied
Flash too powerful, photos overbright
auto focus sucks, worse than w810
attracts stains and finger prints, needs cleaning regularly.
Build quality great and sturdy
Nice functionality

I have my for a month now, its a W39 model, FW 029 (still).
Right action key reacts on touch inside D-Pad
Media player's semi-transparent interface over video makes it lag badly and when it disappears, the video has to speed up to catch up with the sound.
Multitasking is a disappointment.
Scanning my phone memory with computer detected some corrupted zones.
Flash is usually too strong when making a portrait picture
Dust under lens cover and lens cover creaking with ring that is around it
The good:
Games like Galaxy On Fire, Deep, Planet Riders, Heli Strike, V-Rally and all other 3D games that I have play really smooth and the quality is great!
Marble Madness was fun to play
Media player and auto rotate have the "wow" factor
Video recording is awesome (16kHz audio might be a downside), managed to hit 38 fps a few days ago.
The screen quality... Oooohhh I love that screen!
Face wrap - Hilarious in most of the situations
VideoDJ is so good!
MMS editor outways any other that I've ever seen
Playback of WMA files - They have higher quality on lower bit-rate than MP3 and that makes them space-saving
Macro sharpness... I nearly cut myself how sharp it gets
Document photographing mode (good for photographing tests)
Keyboard is so good for gaming!
Ok... I could go on till tomorrow!
