I would at least like to save my friends, family and work collegues from the same annoyance and am doing my best to do so.
If I also stop my own whitelabel site from selling it as much then I'm saving a few hundred people the problems too or can at least tell them about my own experience before they press the buy button with a pop up window. If it's a true account of my own experience there's no harm done and they can make their own minds up if they want that handset or another.

its clear this member should get rid of their phone, or replace it, return it or whatever.
but we have plenty of threads discussing K850 issues without every member starting a new one so I'll close this now
