it is right this=
i use a master reset in settings !!! and then my phone lose chinese writing language ,so i take it to handphone shop and repaid!!! but after repair the phone got chinese writing language but lose trackID and playnow!!! and the trackID icon in my menu also lose and become one paper icon and that paper icon is maxis wap GPRS!!! so i flash the new icon to my menu!!! but only the icon is back.... when i click tht icon it is still maxis wap GPRS?????

Eh? I don't think the TrackID is supposed to be in the main menu, but it should be in the Entertainment menu.

I don't think that your firmware have track ID. It sounds like the phone shop have instaled a firmware without track ID.
