I think K660 will sells more than other K series earlier. because this one looks much better than K6xx earlier, and it's also midrange phone,,

I agree. I don't expect this to be a best seller, rather a another example of a phone created just to fluff out their mid-tier segment. There was a time when SE only had a handful of of mid-tier phones to compete with while other OEMs had twenty or thirty in their portfolio.

If SE is to compete with the big guns then I expect there will be more phones like this coming along. It will sell, just not in huge numbers.

I don't mind having a phone that is not immensely popular. It gives me the idea that I am an individual with my own proper preferences, not just one of the crowd.

(How sad is that :-)

Couldn't agree more. K660i is a really sharp looking phone. Color scheme is great on both makes. (Male(green)/Female(pink)) Has quite alot of features for the average user. People in this forum, myself included, are the exception. We're people that want/buy the higher end devices, the larger population doesn't care what the phone can do, as long as it makes/receives calls, looks are more important to them. If that phone was picked up in the states by a carrier it would do quite well at a fair price with contract. Very eye catching/appealing.

K660 wont be popular? this conclusion only came from a reviewer, so his word don't actually generalizes everything. who knows once it's price went lower than everyone expects this could be another Mid-range hit for SE. justlike the K600 popularity when it's price came down rapidly

And with K660's puchy colors and design, the JP-8 UI, MegaBass and HSDPA for the masses, who won't fall in love for that?

Looks like a great phone to me. Nice design, quadband, HSDPA, excellent high resolution screen, A200 platform. Seriously, its biggest downfall is its high price. For that price they should have at least put a decent (k750 class) camera onboard.

Initial price is definitely too high. It will most likely drop quickly. Its a mid-range phone. That phone, like I said before would make a killing here in the states for $49.99-$74.99 with 2 year contract on whatever carrier that would pick it up. Is it quad-band? didn't check.
