Im not going to flash with XS+ again.....ive done it three times !!
Still it keeps happening !!!
I know its a low end phone but its all i could afford in SE range at the time and i didn't expect it to be fantastic or flawless but come on, i expected aat least a working phone........

Well ill try turning it on now anyway:
okay
On button held in for approx. 4 secs then presssed twice finally held in again and it turns on asking for a pin code
PIN entered now its hanging for 7 seconds
going to menu hangs some more media player on, the speakers working today....
Lets see whats in my calender today..
Surprise surprise it then torned of ater i entered organizer !!!!

Now i did by it new but it was of ebay brand new of a trusted seller...it even had new phone smell and the original SE seal on it !...but the warrenty was accepted then one service center found that i had flashed it myself to try and rid the problem and they completed a form and sent it to wherever saying my warrenty is void !!!
but the warrenty was running out about now anyway....
I hate this phone !!

yep, you have a faulty phone. If flashing doesn't fix such problems then it's down to hardware. Demand a replacement. Obviously flashing doesn't fix it - the repair job they made you paid for, you should have demanded it under warranty - but since they have done it anyway there is no point them flashing it again, you are now entitled to a replacement handset.
btw, XS++ is does nothing different to any service centre flash, so you can be sure that flashing with XS++ is just as reliable a solution as flashing by the service centre, however when you go for replacement under warranty, don't mention flashing with XS++ - third party flashing invalidates the warranty.
EDIT: Sorry just saw your post re warranty - bugger
