Darren now i have XS++ how i would use it either in phone on or off mode.

i mean to say i should switch off the phone or remain on while flashing it with XS++

If you are not sure then take great care. Updating the software or changing the CID in any way is at your own risk and if anything goes wrong you could end up having a brick as a phone. So please take extra care before you do anything your not sure of.

Im not sure what you mean next model?

Do you mean CID?

Im not 100% as i dont have a W810.

no other models have the same hardware as the w810i
