ATM I'm reading "Villains" by Paul Ferris

Very good read. Recommend it to anyone who like true crimes.

Also had a read at "Gangland Glasgow" by Robert Jeffrey but it was a huge let down

@TheLostProphet

The last Stephen King book I read was Dolores Claibourne which was quite good, probably the best Ste King I had read, although there are plenty of King that I haven't read yet.

I've also read some MR James and some Edgar Allen Poe ghost stories which were terrificly atmospheric stories.

Haynesycop seems to read the same books as myself!

All of the Kay Scarpetta Novels are great and really interesting and quite educational.

I have also got into Michael Connelly who writes about a detective called Hieronymus Bosch and they too are an excellent read!

Also Katherine Fox is another, a bit along the lines of Cornwell and also quite good but I have only read one of her Novels

I also enjoy Lynda La Plante she's is a gifted author!

Failing that try the Beano!

IT, is a cracking read of Stephen Kings! and I always prefer to read the books over the movies they have more depth to them!

That said I still go to watch the movies too!

@nanu of nazareth

My sentiments too.

I don't know whether it was just a badly made film(probably) but the Amityville horror was much better in book form (had me checking under the bed in case anything horrible was lurking under there) .
