I have a DS Lite and I never had this problem but now that you mention this... it does fit a bit loosely than I remember.

Got 3 kids, each got a DS Lite a,d they have all got the same problem, we just stick a bit of insulating tape around the stylus to make it catch.

but can I just point out that the plural of stylus is styli not stylusus (unless your American)

Sorry for hijacking but does anyone no if the ds sells for spares and repairs. my mates got wet and the battery has shorted it out.
