It really isn't that bad and i'm not just saying that, surely if a phone is going to be marked it is better on the back than the front. I'm including a tomtom gps unit and in car charger, along with a case and memory card to make up for it.

Dicky, it does look that way from that pic......
haynesycop, if the mark IS on the surround(or back), then that's a WHOLE different ballgame than being on the camera lens itself(which would obviously affect pictures, therefore demanding a repair, as I value the camera as an important feature of the device)!
If this IS the case(I hope so, for your sake), then I'll consider what I can offer you for the package......
Some better pics would be good!

I took around 10 pictures and that was the best out of them, i'll try again but my camera settings on my cybershot digital camera can't be changed as some of the buttons are not working which is rather rubbish. I'll take a few more and post them after work tonight so around 10.30pm i'll also leave tomtom on there and if your lucky the top gear theme tune.

on the lens surround where is says 1:2:8 the mark is there.. in below the 2:8.. see it?
that's the only mark on it
