After the last charge mine seems to be doing ok but last week. I charged it over night on Monday, took it off at 7am Tuesday and by 8pm Wednesday it was dead again. I'd sent/received about 80 texts in total and nothing more. No phone calls, no WAP, no MMS, no alarms, 3G was off and didn't use Bluetooth once. It was nothing but texts and I only got 37 hours. Absolutely useless. Obviously I charged it again Wednesday night and that lasted until Sunday night, about 75 texts in total, no WAP, bluetooth, 3G turned off, 11 phone calls totalling about 5 or 6 minutes. Since Sunday, a total of about 70 texts, 1 call (about 30 seconds), no 3G, no Bluetooth and I've just downloaded one them off Esato via WAP, battery is down to 54%.

The battery seems very strange on this thing. One minute it'll completely drain in no time at all, the next, it will last a few days. Still rubbish considering I could easily manage at least 5 days out of my K800 but hey ho.....

@perfect
I Had same strange problem with battery dropping 10% when I removed the battery after it froze, my battery and green meter are about 20% out of sync since I changed to 038 and Im getting around 30% less from the phone than the original 029 firmware. grrrrrrrrr

turn 3G mode off if you don't need it, if you do need it, turn it off then on.

Will that really helps? If so, how much of a difference? Thanks
