@trans - Then BLOCK the Esato site (so you are ONLINE most of the time . . .).
Ya mean to say that despite the abrupt DECREASE of your presence here (remember your sig: 70% ONLINE
now DOWN to 40% ), ya are still havin' problem being addictive to this site
Ya have to CONTROL yourself mate . . . SOONER or later, even your HEALTH will be at RISK . . . this happened to ME here during my 2 year of stay, specially when it's: PLAYTIME-season

tranced, i suffer the same faint as you matey... i sit in work all day online..... and find myself constantly signed in to esato.... i guess the way to deter yourself from here and on to work, is to take pride in your work..... even if its a database or something..... eassy said than done i know..... but.... thats what i do, sometimes it works, sometimes it dont
