I tried to register on applausestore.com, but I couldn't because my country (Croatia) isn't on a list.
Does anybody know what should I do? I sent them two mails already but they didn't answer me.

I thought anybody could apply, i'm sure there was a section somewhere where it said you can contact them if your coming over here with the dates and they'll get back to you. I'll be a pensioner before i get on Top Gear, lol! It's back in 16 days woohoo!
