It's sort of known across the country from what I gather, that Natwest is the shittest high street bank there is. I've literally not heard anything but bad things about them from other people.

There basically different companies apart from the fact they have the same owner.
Royal Bank is really on the up.
Used to work for Royal Bank

Received a new card reader in the post this morning and it still doesn't work! they are now going to issue me with a new card, this really is an absolute pain in the arse as I use online banking daily!
