the steps you have to follow to install the driver are these: turn off your phone, press and hold c key, then connect it to the cable. the found new hardware wizard will pop up so you have to use the drivers you downloaded.

well, try this: press and hold the 2 and 5 keys together, then connect the cable.

try this.
put the phone on charge for a hour or so..
take out the battery
plug in the cable
press 2+5 combo
stick in the battery
mine was sorted that way using setool,XS++ should detect it as well

if all drivers are installed correctly xs++ etc will detect your phone
if "c" is held down while the usb cable is inserted
