If its anything like the N96 we've seen so far, i'll be severely disappointed!
Took the words right out of my mouth! Xperia completely impressed me with 5bands of UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA (850/900/1700/1900/2100Mhz); and XVGA screen with VGA recording at 30fps; sure 120fps would've been the tops but right now only the same specs in a more pleasing design will impress me this half of the year. I'm so sick of the N95's design, the N96 just looks like a jock itch.

Miss UK; it'd be a shame for Nokia to waist such an opportune time to make a major announcement for brand name recognition; only to miss that by announcing an already available on market device in a new colour with no warranty change.

Can't say I'm a fan of the N95 even when its specs looked impressive when it was announced. The new N96 should be an improvement, if it does make an appearance today. Don't know what they can improve on something that is close to perfection- perhaps a new slide mechanism?

well the N96 looks alright, but I can't say I'm fond of the black gloss.
I jut don't like the oily screen and we all know that it's not going to look sexy for more than a day.
I'm also not confident about the build quality. If it's anything like the N82 it'll feel cheap.
The only differences with the N95 8gb are
16gb built in
memory card slot
built in dvb-h tuner
two led flashes
the top slide media buttons now have different backlights which light up depending if yuo are in media or game mode.
